Michigan's cyclosporiasis outbreak is six times the size of the federal Taco Bell cluster — and its source is still unnamed

Two investigations are running at once and they say different things. Federal investigators have named a lettuce supplier for a 1,947-case cluster. Michigan's own health department, counting 11,234 cases, says it has not identified a source.
